Jennifer Badley, Office Manager
Jennifer is no stranger to the medical and optometry field. Before moving back to Texas, Jennifer lived in Hawaii where she received her Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting. She has years of experience and is an amazing asset to our office. You can always count on her greeting you with a smile and she is well known around the office for her charismatic personality and great sense of humor. In fact, it is a guarantee that she will be heard laughing daily with our patients in the office. Jennifer is often the first one to welcome patients to our office and can answer any questions regarding eye exams, insurance, contact lenses, LASIK or any other office procedures. Jennifer is the proud mother of 4 children and loves supporting them and cheering them on in all of their extracurricular activities. 

Cheyenne Herrera, Optometric Technician
Cheyenne has been caring for patients in the medical field for many years. Patients love her down-to-earth personality. She also has that special amount of patience that many, and especially our first-time contact lens wearers, appreciate. It’s not surprising to see her working through her lunch break to make sure her patients feel comfortable inserting and removing contact lenses themselves. She is often seen going that extra mile for patients to make sure that they fully understand everything before leaving our office. Cheyenne is truly a valuable asset to our team. While not taking care of our patients, Cheyenne enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, and hanging with her puppy. 

Courtney Segura, Optometric Technician
Courtney currently holds an Associate’s degree in Science and has a vast amount of experience in customer service and technology. She is best known for her caring personality, tech savviness and big heart. Courtney will go above and beyond to help all of our patients. Patients love to open up to her and feel comfortable discussing all of their vision problems with her. Courtney is extremely reliable and is well-trained in all facets of vision care. She often does the preliminary testing on our patients and provides Dr. Arredondo with valuable information on each patient’s visual needs. It is a blessing to have Courtney as part of our team. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, fishing and traveling.
